Food has always been a way for me to connect with my values and creativity. My journey into cooking began when I became vegan in 2019 after several years as a vegetarian. I quickly discovered that plant-based cooking is not just nourishing but also a beautiful way to explore a world of flavors. It felt like a natural progression—one that allowed me to live in alignment with my values, embrace a healthier lifestyle, and discover an abundance of flavors I never knew existed. Contrary to the common misconception that veganism is restrictive, I’ve found it to be a truly creative and fulfilling experience.

I grew up in an Israeli-Ukrainian family where food was central to our celebrations. The Mediterranean flavors and traditions of my upbringing have shaped my love for fresh, wholesome ingredients and comforting meals. Over time, my cooking has blended these influences with Western and Asian flavors, with a special love for the vibrant, bold tastes of Asian cuisine.

My recipes focus on simplicity, health, and flavor. Many of them are IBS-friendly, as I understand how important it is to find meals that are both delicious and gentle on the stomach.
